My interest in cooking, catering, and being personal chef began at an early age. I would watch my grandmother cook, marveling at the beauty and creativity of her food. She used all natural ingredients, no written recipes or fancy equipment, and to my amazement she would create masterpieces right in front of my eyes. Learning from her and my mother I became inspired to create my own
tailor made meals.
To my working mother's delight, I was cooking many of the family meals by the age of fourteen. I started cooking in professional restaurants while attending college at the University of Wisconsin. I loved the creativity and challenges that came from working as a chef. Additionally, I worked with many talented chefs who inspired and encouraged me to further my culinary education. I attended the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, culinary school in St. Paul, MN, where I trained in classical French cooking, expanding on the lessons I had learned through my many years of working in restaurants.
Personal Chef Arizona Experience I traveled to Arizona to do my culinary internship at the famous
Phoenix Caterers Biltmore Resort and Spa. I fell in love with Arizona and permanently moved here shortly after I graduated from culinary school. . I have been a personal chef and caterer in Mesa , Arizona for over two years and have had many wonderful experiences catering for my clients. I love being a personal chef in Arizona and pride myself on using only the freshest ingredients, no preservatives, and making every item by scratch. I will create a menu to fit your food likes and dislikes, and any allergy requirements you or your guest may have.
